This all the info you need https://engage.englandnetball.co.uk/Dashboard/Organisation URGENT This message from Sue Lee is for parents of ALL JUNIORS WHO HAVE AFFILIATED TO HUCCLECOTE NETBALL CLUB. Most of the juniors who have affiliated to HNC have done so incorrectly and it is essential that this is addressed in order to comply with Safeguarding and GDPR. ACTION REQUIRED: Parents/Guardians must create an account for themselves by logging on to the ENgage system at England Netball and using the Create Account option. You do not need to become a member but you do need an account. If you already have an account because you have previously been affiliated to EN, please follow the next step. When this is done, make a note of the name and account number of the parent and the full name and Affiliation number of the junior player on a piece of paper. Bring the information to training and give to the coach or team manager of your age-group who will pass on the information to Sue Lee, HNC Secretary, who will then link the accounts of the parent and child. This should not be attempted by the parent as they do not have access to the information required. Please do this, as described, asap. Please do not email the info as I need to have it beside me when linking the accounts. You only have 1 child to look up. I have 80 children to link to their parent in order that HNC is compliant. It has been suggested to me that unlinked juniors should not be allowed to play until they are linked. HNC have not taken this decision but please do this now so that we don’t have to. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Information for all those who haven’t been able to affiliate because they can’t get the password email Please put your name and affiliation number on a piece of paper and give it to me at training and I can arrange for a password to be sent to you. You must make sure that you have your correct email address recorded at EN and if you are setting a password I have been advised that an exclamation mark (!) is the best to use as the character in your password. If your email address is incorrect that is the reason you have not received all the ENgage info. Please keep your details up-to-date once you have affiliated.
